Patsy M. (Coulter) Brown

1936-2018

Patsy M. (Coulter) Brown, 81, went to her heavenly home on August 21, 2018 surrounded by her loving husband of 61 years and family. She was a native of Parksville, Kentucky and a member of Chapel Hill Church. She was a teacher and director of Chapel Hill Kindergarten and a tax preparer for over 20 years.

Patsy was preceded in death by her two sons, Ray Brown and Mark L. Brown.

She is survived by her husband, Lloyd Brown; daughter, Jan B. Simpson (Kevin); two sons, Anthony W. Brown (Lisa) and Jimmy E. Brown; sister, Janet Fralix; brothers, Rolan Coulter (Joanne) and Ernie Coulter (Norma Ray); grandchildren, Justin Brown, Nikki Brown and Morgan Simpson; great grandchildren, Trenton Brewer, Brayden Hale and Reece Brown. Her beloved nephew the Rev. David Fralix will officiate.

Funeral service will be Monday at noon at Parksville Baptist Church with burial in Parksville Cemetery.

Visitation will be Sunday at 2 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Highway, Louisville.
