It was an exciting day for the residents of Morning Pointe of Danville as they explored the Big South Fork Railway in Stearns. After spending the afternoon riding along the historic railroad and admiring the beauty of the Appalachian Mountains, the residents of the personal care community stopped for an afternoon picnic.

“The residents had a great time and reminisced about years prior taking trips by train,” said Nicole Walton, life enrichment director at Morning Pointe of Danville.
