Sarah Elizabeth and Andrew Lee Waite, of Danville, announce the birth of a son, John Thomas Waite, on Wednesday, July 25 at 12:01 p.m. at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. He weighed six pounds nine ounces and measured 20 inches at birth.

Maternal grandparents are Mike and Diana Kestly of Danville. Paternal grandparents are Don and Cheri Waite of Danville. Great grandparents are Albert and Audrey Schultz, Roscommon, Mich.; Ginnie Kestly, Milwaukee, Wis.; Tom and Betty Baker, Pensacola, Fla.; and Lee Waite, State College, Pa.
