Winners from the most recent round of the Summer Sizzle Karaoke Contest, an ongoing event to benefit the Garrard Community Arts Center, were Tara Welch, first; Rose Welch, second; Bruce Rigsby, third; and the “golden buzzer” winner was Jayden Hrapek.

The event raises money toward the renovation of the new GCAC, across from the Grand Theatre in Lancaster. The grand finale will be Sept. 22 at the Grand Theatre.
