Mercer County grand jury hands up indicts on 17
The following people were indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on Sept. 12:
• Joshua Peck, 38, 1260 Bushtown Road, Harrodsburg: first-degree sexual abuse of a minor child. Bail was set at $5,000. Wes Gaddis with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Randy Williams, 31, 1355 South Buster Pike, Danville: flagrant nonsupport of his minor child. Bail was set at $5,000 non-refundable. Ashley Mann testified.
• Shawn Sizemore, 42, 341 Arrowhead Drive, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $5,000. Derek Patterson with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.
• Brian Rasnake, 41, 3050 Rio Dosa Drive, Lexington: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Patterson testified.
• Gregory Salyer, 42, 315 Bridgeport Circle, Columbia: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Patterson testified.
• Kimberly Gorham, 53, 145 Herrington Woods, Harrodsburg: theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,00. Bail was set at $5,000. Patterson testified.
• Vance Webb, 34, 665 Countryside Drive, Harrodsburg: second-degree burglary. Bail was set at $10,000; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $5,000. Scott Elder with the MCSO testified.
• Chelsea Dulovic, 28, 155 Hunter Drive, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000. Elder testified.
• Derick Cochran, 38, 759 Fairview Court, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment in circuit court. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified.
• Daniel Richardson, 36, 409 Marimon Ave., Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing in circuit court. Bail was set at $5,000. Wilson testified.
• Dustin Flannery, 34, 1864 East Ky. 78, Stanford: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Elder testified.
• Robert Sawyer, 39, 5960 Louisville Road, Bowling Green: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000; tampering with physical evidence; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at $5,000. Taylor Smith with the HPD testified.
• Aaron Voris, 38, Boyle County Detention Center: three counts second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument drawn on Chase Bank for the amounts of $30.74; $90; and $90.50. Bail was set at $5,000. Elder testified.
• Bridgett Hopkins, 27, 4883 Fall Lick Road, Crab Orchard: two counts second-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $10,000. Elder testified.
• William Hines, 46, 225 Browns Road, Franklin: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000; first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $20,000. Bill Cruce with the MCSO testified.
