On Sept. 19, the Community Arts Center hosted a reception to thank their patrons and supporters. Members of the “Summer Singers” community chorus performed several musical selections for guests, then Executive Director Niki Kinkade and Development Director Kate Snyder provided updates about the Arts Center’s programs.

“New programs require a strong foundation,” Snyder said. “You can’t dream big dreams if you’re afraid you can’t make payroll. Your steadfast support has put the Arts Center is a strong position financially, so that we’re able to take chances on new programs and invest the human capital in developing new initiatives.

“During the coming year, we will be doing a lot of strategic planning to set the vision for where the Arts Center wants to be five years from now.”
