Wilderness Trace Chapter of Kentuckians for the Commonwealth — 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 1 at the Inter-County Energy Community Room (on left side of building), 1009 Hustonville Road. Kentuckians for the Commonwealth (KFTC) is a grassroots organization of 10,000 members across Kentucky. The organization uses a set of core strategies, from leadership development to communications and voter empowerment, to impact a broad range of issues, including coal and water, new energy and transition, economic justice and voting rights. The Wilderness Trace Chapter of KFTC includes Boyle, Mercer, Garrard and Lincoln counties.
