Residents of western Boyle County live every day with poor cell phone service. Internet connections are extremely weak in some areas. In researching these issues, Tom Ellis has found that there has apparently never been a formal appeal to the Kentucky Public Service Commission in Frankfort to seek assistance in working with cell-tower companies and internet providers to alleviate the problem. 

Tom Ellis has committed to using his 26 years of experience working on many public issues in Frankfort to seek help for Boyle County citizens in order to gain essential, and at times, life-saving services. 

A water crisis exists in Perryville. Contracts deferred to Danville several years ago have resulted in exorbitant costs of the one element — water — without which no one can survive. Families with one or two children are seeing water bills in excess of $300.  Pensioners have received even higher bills. 

Tom Ellis has promised a full investigation and audit of the contract that was signed years ago.
