We have one strong and very qualified candidate for Boyle County Judge-Executive. That person is Howard Hunt. He has demonstrated a lifetime of selfless service to the nation, proudly wearing the uniform of the USAF for over 30 years. He now has chosen to continue his service to our local community and he has worked tirelessly during this campaign season to reach and ask every citizen of Boyle County for their vote and support.

I have known Howard for over 50 years and can attest that he has the training, knowledge, experience and temperament to be an outstanding judge-executive. The many hours of leadership and management training that he received while in federal service represents a significant opportunity and benefit for our local government and citizens. His recent experience working for the Kentucky Association of Counties makes him job ready on day one.

He has the motivation, education, and demonstrated ability to solve the many county issues/problems that have been discussed over and over again during the last eight years. You can expect that he will serve all members of our community with absolute impartiality and total commitment.

I am asking you to stand with me in this historic election. You have a choice in this election to either support the status quo mediocracy top down policies of the Democratic Party or to choose a new and optimistic future of an open Republican Party representing all citizens working toward less divisiveness and taxes and more prosperity and security.

The other candidate was chosen by their party in a “fixed” Democratic Primary. Howard was chosen by the people during the Republican Primary season and he will be chosen by the people of Boyle County in this General Election on Nov. 6.
