I am writing to urge my fellow citizens to re-elect Denise Terry to the Danville City Commission. I have been attending city commission meetings regularly for about 10 years.

I first met Denise when she began attending commission meetings regularly at least a year before she ran for her first term. She is completing her second two-year term, and I believe she has earned a third term. Denise is responsive to citizens’ concerns. She strives to learn all about an issue before making a decision. She asks excellent questions of the city manager and city staff. On Nov. 6, we will elect five members to the Danville City Commission. I urge you to vote for Denise Terry in this non-partisan election.
