Boyle County is ready for change. George Coomer, candidate for Boyle County Clerk, is the ideal choice to bring about positive changes in the county clerk’s office.

Having known Mr. Coomer for the past 18 years, I can attest to his integrity, fairness and professionalism. He has a keen interest in the history of Boyle County and understands the importance of preserving that history. He is efficient and detailed in his work and recordkeeping. His plans for improving the functions of our clerk’s office are well-thought-out and based on an underlying desire to provide first-class service to all citizens of Boyle County.

His primary work experience has been in the telecommunications and technology industry, where he served as project manager (certified.) He has a true understanding of the critical technical support needed to run a county government office in the most efficient and cost-effective way.

Mr. Coomer is a fifth-generation Boyle county resident, a veteran of the United States Army (paratrooper), the Kentucky Army National Guard (medic), and the Kentucky Air National Guard. He has also served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT.

Clearly Mr. Coomer has a heart of service to others.

Although Mr. Coomer is new to the political scene, which is an asset in Boyle County,, he will “hit the ground running” with his fresh ideas for careful overseeing of our tax dollars, maintaining accurate records, assuring fairness in elections, and continuously improving services to all county residents.
