Donald Gene Payton

1948-2018

Donald Gene Payton, 70, of Stanford passed away Monday, October 22, 2018.

Born January 12, 1948, he was the son of the late Herlen Payton and Dolly Minks Payton Turpin.

He is survived by his wife, Vivian Martin Payton; son, Donnie (Cathy) Payton of Georgetown; five daughters, Patrina Cirrincione of Alexandria, Nita (Roger) Wilson of Casey County, Susie (David) Heskett of Ohio, Sharon (Lloyd) Price of Ohio and Barbara (Brian) Davis of Ohio; and five brothers, David Payton of Danville, Rannie (Becky) Payton of Stanford, Wayne (Connie) Payton of Stanford, Gary Payton of Stanford and William Payton of Burgin. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m., Saturday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Rev. Marvin Hatton with burial at Buffalo Springs Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8 p.m., Friday.
