Boyle County grand jury returns 13 indictments

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Oct. 17:

• Cody Ragle, 22, Danville: fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $2,000 and Jessica Spradlin was witness for the Commonwealth.

• Amber Clements, 33, Danville: first-degree bail jumping for failing to appear for a status hearing in Boyle Circuit Court. Bail was set at $5,000 and Kari Wilson was witness for the Commonwealth.

• Bryan Cook, 39, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol; driving on an expired license. Bail was set at $5,000. Steven Debord with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Richard Derringer, 46, Junction City: promoting a minor under age 16 in a sexual performance by producing a sexual performance by a minor by a first-degree persistent felony offender; first-degree sexual abuse to a person less than 12. Bail was set at $75,000. Frank Thornberry with the Kentucky State Police testified.

• Brandon Lannum, 27, Canmer, Ky.: second-degree burglary; fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000. Debord testified.

• Tony Lewis, 47, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Department testified.

• Benny Moore, 36, Junction City: second-degree escape from the home incarceration program. Bail was set at $5,000. Derek Benge with Probation and Parole testified.

• Darrian Noland, 19, Junction City: first-degree rape. Bail was set at $50,000. Justin Kearney with KSP testified.

• Michael Robinson, 37, Orlando, Ky.: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment in Boyle Circuit Court. Bail was set at $5,000. Wilson testified.

• Kayla Stevens, 28, Columbia, Ky.: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the BCSO. testified. First-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Tanner Abbott with the BCSO testified. First-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Jacquolyn Wall-Land, 36, Junction City: complicity to or promoting a minor in a sexual performance by producing a sexual performance using a minor less than 16; first-degree sexual abuse by subjecting another person less than 12 to sexual contact. Bail was set at $30,000. Thornberry testified.

• Matthew Warner, 24, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.

• James Wilson Jr., 45, Junction City: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth, by a persistent felony offender; tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $40,000. Philip Dean with the BCSO testified.
