I am very excited about George Coomer’s election campaign for the office of Boyle County clerk. I think many of our community residents are aware of the problems we have had with the clerk’s office. George is the candidate that will ensure past mistakes are not repeated and he will take the office to a higher level of speed and performance.

George has what it takes to succeed as a former paratrooper in the famous United States 82nd Airborne Division. His leadership and problem-solving skills are unquestionable. His other training and educational experiences in engineering and telecommunications technology will also be much appreciated in our courthouse.

His service to our community started in high school as he sought and obtained his certification as an EMT. Today, he is plugged in to several of our volunteer organizations. One that I particularly value is his status as a board member on our historic preservation organization. As a fifth-generation Danville resident, George knows and cares about his neighbors here in Boyle County. He had demonstrated a commitment to his community and I ask you to support George’s election with your vote on Nov. 6.
