It is indeed refreshing when someone is willing to enter the political arena not for a party, not for power, not for ego, but to truly make a difference for our citizens.

Gary Chidester is such a person. He has the heart of a servant. He is a person of strong faith and he works diligently with groups supporting those addicted to drugs as well as those persons (inmates) that are creating overpopulation of our detention center.

In addition, Gary has operated a successful business for the past 18 years and knows what it is like to meet a payroll. He understands the importance of jobs and economic development and has devoted several years to the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Gary is a great listener and will work hard to bring all factions together to focus on issues of importance to our community. He has the high energy, enthusiasm, integrity and desire to provide service to all citizens of Boyle County as county judge-executive.
