Stephen Alonzo Brown

1947-2018

Stephen Alonzo Brown, 71, of Nicholasville, formerly of Crab Orchard, Kentucky passed away Friday, Nov. 2, 2018 at his residence.

Stephen was born on April 10, 1947, a son of the late Geneva Benge Brown and Alonzo Brown. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a sergeant. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 1972. He was a retired project engineer for the Sylvania Corporation.

Survivors include daughter, Laura and husband, Paul Garrison; three grandchildren, Dominic, Mason and Kaitlin; three sisters, Jana, Sharon and Shirley; several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles and many friends also survive.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Loren Brown.

A celebration of life service will be schedule at a later date.
