In honor of Veterans Day, members of the Am Vets Post 123 Danville, and Defining Forces of Junction City gathered Saturday afternoon to place flags on the graves of veterans in Danville National Cemetery, located inside of Bellevue Cemetery in Danville. It took less than 30 minutes for the 14 adults and two children to place nearly 400 flags on the gravestones. The event also started and ended with a prayer circle around the American Flag pole at the cemetery.
