Boyle County grand jury indicts 32 in November

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Nov. 20:

• Christopher Francisco, 28, Orlando, Kentucky: first-degree criminal facilitation to commit trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $2,000 and Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Eric Caudill, 34, Hustonville: fourth-degree assault when he caused physical injury by biting someone’s ear. Bail was set at $2,000 and Brandon Record with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Dustin Fifer, 28, Junction City: resisting arrest; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringes. Bail was set at $2,000 and Tanner Abbott with the BCSO testified.

• Amanda Macias, 22, Harrodsburg: driving on a DUI-suspended license; second-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $500 in damages to property; possession of open alcohol container in a motor vehicle; leaving the scene of an accident; possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $2,000 and Adam Wilson with DPD testified.

• Billy Bunch, 40, Waynesburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.

• Katelin Burgin, 32, Harrodsburg: theft by unlawful taking of more than $10,000 by taking payroll from Grace PCA Church. Bail was set at $10,000 and Gary Thornberry with Kentucky State Police testified.

• Shaolin Carpenter, 21, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000 and McCoy testified.

• Jessica Clement, 29, Harrodsburg: first-degree promoting contraband by bringing dangerous contraband into the detention center; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe; DUI. Bail was set at $5,000. Aaron Sparks with the DPD testified.

• Daniel Cooke, 31, Danville; first-degree unlawful imprisonment; two counts first-degree wanton endangerment by waiving a loaded firearm in the direction of a child and adult. Bail was set at $10,000. Ashleigh Koch with the DPD testified.

• Jeremy Cook, 39, first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $10,000. Wilson testified.

• John Culver, 36, Nicholasville: theft by unlawful taking of a vehicle valued between $500 and $10,000; driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $5,000. Sparks testified.

• Marissa Cummins, 19, Danville: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, cocaine; trafficking more than 5 pounds of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at $10,000 and Record testified.

• Jordan Cunnigan, 23, London: second-degree escape when she failed to return to the detention center as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $10,000. Phillip Dean with BCSO testified.

• Thomas Duffy, 69, Lexington: four counts third-degree sodomy with a person younger than 16 in 1982 and 1983. Bail was set at $10,000. Kevin Peel with DPD testified.

• Mary Francis, 31, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl; first-degree promoting contraband in the detention center. Bail was set at $25,000. Brian Cloyd with Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

• Isaiah Henry, 22, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, cocaine; trafficking more than 5 pounds marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at $10,000 and Record testified.

• Bradford Hensley, 40, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales; selling a substance simulated to be a controlled substance. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Gregory Hume, 34, Harrodsburg: possession of a controlled substance, hydrocodone. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Robert Magee, 27, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Jennifer McCabe, 37, Danville; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringes. Bail was set at $5,000 and Adam Wilson with the DPD testified.

• Rodney Moberly, 39, Lancaster: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Tommy Moore, 38, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping for failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Natasha Richardson, 35, Wilmore: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment. Bail was set at $10,000. Wilson testified.

• Donald Roach, 36, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Lauren Short, 27, Stanford: second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, psilocybin; possession of drug paraphernalia, grinder. Bail was set at $5,000 and Record testified.

• Robert Stephens, 34, Stanford: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Tanner Abbott with BCSO testified.

• Aiden Wells, 23, Danville: second-degree escape by failing to return to the detention center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $10,000 and Philp Dean with BCSO testified.

• Billy Wilson, 20, Stanford: two counts first-degree unlawful access to a computer to obtain money or property by false means. Bail was set at $10,000 and Casey Whittle with DPD testified.

• Amanda Wrobleski-Baldock, 28, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000 and McCoy testified.

• Clarissa Yankey, 28, Danville: second-degree escape by failing to return to the detention center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $10,000 and Dean testified.

• Gregory Yocum, 48, Springfield: trafficking in synthetic drugs. Bail was set at $5,000. Taylor Bottom with BCSO testified.

• Chaz Young, 41, Danville: fourth-degree assault; violation of emergency protective order; third-degree terroristic threatening. Bail was set at $5,000 and Jonathan Mullins with DPD testified.
