Mercer County grand jury indicts seven in November

The following people were indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on Nov. 14:
• Deborah Jennings, 51, Frankfort: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment in circuit court. Bail was set at $10,000 and Karie Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.
• Lauren Da Grava, 27, Lexington: second-degree escape when she failed to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $10,000. Wes Gaddis with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Charles Jones, 38, Boyle County Detention Center: second-degree escape when he failed to return to the jail as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $10,000 and Gaddis testified.
• Jordan Lewis, 25, Salvisa: second-degree escape by failing to return to the jail as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $10,000 and Gaddis testified.
• Jamel Taylor, 27, Harrodsburg: second-degree escape by failing to return to jail as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $10,000 and Gaddis testified.
• Denae Cobb, 28, Harrodsburg: first-degree unlawful access to a computer for the purpose of obtaining money or property by false representation. Bail was set at $10,000 and Gaddis testified.
• John Peach, 32, Harrodsburg: criminal attempt to commit murder of a police officer; two counts first-degree wanton endangerment of an adult and child. Bail was set at $30,000. Tony Dingess with Kentucky State Police testified.
