The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Dec. 18:
• David Grimes, 37, Eastview: improper display of registration plates; no or expired registration plates; driving without liability insurance; giving false identifying information to an officer; failure to transfer vehicle. Bail was set at $2,000. Jude Remilien with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Brittany Risner, 28, Lexington: third-degree possession of a controlled substance, alprazolam. Bail was set at $2,000. Aaron Sparks with DPD testified.
• Ashley Akers, 29, Portsmouth: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Kathryn Alford, 39, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $5,000 and Addison testified.
• Bowen Anderson, 28, Lancaster: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, fentanyl, second offense. Bail was set at $10,000 and Remilien testified.
• Chelsea Blair, 24, Lexington: second-degree escape when she failed to return to the detention center as order by the judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Phillip Dean with the BCSO testified.
• Brian Brown II, 27, Danville: first-degree wanton endangerment of a motor vehicle to a child; driving under the influence of intoxicants. Bail was set at $5,000 and Dean testified.
• Shannon Bryant, 31, Harrodsburg: second-degree escape by failing to return to the jail as order by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.
• Sean Burton, 28, Parksville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000. Tanner Abbott with the BCSO testified.
• Ricky Camden, 24, Parksville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Kari Carter, 27, Danville: second-degree escape by failing to return to jail as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and Dean testified.
• Stewart Christison, 52, Liberty: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000 and Addison testified.
• Tyler Chumley, 27, Danville: second-degree escape by failing to return to the jail as order by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and Dean testified. First-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 and Addison testified.
• Michael Cochran, 42, Liberty: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Addison testified.
• Jeremy Cook, 39, Danville: second-degree escape by failing to return to jail as order by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Crystal Cooper, 52, Danville; making false statement to receive benefits more than $100 from public assistance. Bail was set at $5,000. Keena Cole with Kentucky Office of Inspector General testified.
• Ferlando Denny, 33, Kingston, Tennessee: second-degree escape by failing to report to the jail as order by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and Dean testified.
• Danette Divine, 60, Perryville: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000 by possession personal items of William Roberts. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Bryan Douglas, 33, Mishawaka, Indiana: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000 and Abbott testified.
• Tiffany Dunn, 25, Junction City: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a plea hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.
• Samantha Followell, 29, Danville: tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 and Addison testified.
• Christopher Francisco, Orlando, Kentucky: persistent felony offender, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, cocaine; tampering with physical evidence, persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $20,000 and Abbott testified.
• Tiffany Franklin, 30, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a syringe. Bail was set at $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Paige Graves, 27, Danville; first-degree unlawful access to a computer to obtain money or property. Bail was set at $10,000. Sally Bustle with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Christy Griffith, 34, Stanford: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.
• Melissa Hicks, 46, Parksville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Addison testified.
• Travis Holt, 19, Perryville: two counts third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Bluegrass Pizza and Pub; two counts theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000; third-degree criminal mischief by causing less than $500 in damage to Pizza and Pub property. Bail was set at $10,000. AJ Mullins with the DPD testified.
• Justin Johnson, 21, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a syringe. Bail was set at $5,000 and Remilien testified.
• Justin Jones, 40, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.
• Zachary Kallop, 31, Springfield: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; theft by unlawful taking of property valued less than $500 from Walmart. Bail was set at $5,000 and Remilien testified.

• Daniel Martin, 20, Waynesburg: two counts third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Bluegrass Pizza and Pub; two counts theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000; two counts second-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $10,000 and Mullins testified.
• Eric Miller, 37, Danville: third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Lazer Car Wash; theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000; first-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $1,000 in damages; theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000 from Thoroughbred Car Wash; first-degree criminal mischief at Thoroughbred Car Wash; third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Superior Car Wash; theft by unlawful taking from Superior Car Wash; first-degree criminal mischief at Superior; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. • Jesse Morris, 28, Waco, Kentucky: flagrant nonsupport. Bail was set at $5,000. Blaine Young with Child Support Enforcement testified.
• Joseph Morris, 30, Nicholasville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at $5,000 and Addison testified.
• Brian Mullins, 40, Waynesburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a probation revocation hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.
• Vyctoria Poland, 27, Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Addison testified.
• Bruce Robbins, 54, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Addison testified.
• Cathy Rogers, 48, Hustonville: first-degree wanton endangerment by driving a vehicle that created substantial danger to Deputy McCoy; first-degree fleeing or evading police; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia, baggies. Bail was set at $10,000 and McCoy testified.
• Tracy Rogers, 45, Hustonville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, hydrocodone; possession of drug paraphernalia, straw. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Angela Sattler, 42, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance, cocaine; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $5,000 and Addison testified.
• Brian Snyder, 36, Danville: identity theft; first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Krystal Stevens, 30, Danville: theft by unlawful taking of personal items belonging to James Hobbs valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000 and Abbott testified.
