2018 Kentucky roads scholars and road masters honored

LEXINGTON — The Technology Transfer Program of the Kentucky Transportation Center announced that 73 Roads Scholars and 51 Road Masters have completed the 2018 Kentucky Roads Scholars/Road Masters Training Program.

Russell Justice and Raymond Holt, both with the City of Danville, were honored on Tuesday, Dec. 18 in Cave City as Roads Scholar. They join the 3,039 Roads Scholars and 2,315 Road Masters who have already completed the program.
