New Year’s baby

Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center announces the arrival of its first baby in 2019. Barbara Lynn Miller was born at 9:56 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019. She weighed six pounds, 12 ounces and measured 19.5 inches. The baby girl is the daughter of Courtney Carpenter of Harrodsburg and joins a sister, Isabella, 3, and a brother, Manson, 1.
