Our featured pets this week are Sophie and Buddy.

Sophie is a lovely domestic long hair calico cat. She was surrendered to the humane society due to her owner’s failing health. Sophie is very social and outgoing. She has adjusted well to this major change in her life. Sophie recently moved into one of our kitty condos with a couple other cats and she has acclimated quite well. Sophie’s lucky adopter will be rewarded with a beautiful and affectionate feline companion.

Buddy is a wonderful two-year-old lab, shepherd mix. He was a stray and his owner has not been found, so Buddy is ready for a fresh start in a new home. Buddy is a big fellow and weighs almost 70 lbs. He exudes happiness and enthusiasm when he greets you. Buddy will do great with a family that can give him the time and structure to channel his energy. He needs a job like a daily jog or a game of fetch to keep him from being bored. In return Buddy’s adopter will have a devoted and handsome forever friend.
