Jeffrey Bryan Lawless

1958-2019

Jeffrey Bryan Lawless, 60, of Lexington, passed away at UK Medical Center on January 19, 2019 as a result of complications from the flu.

Born October 30, 1958, he was the son of Onilee Wells Lawless of Hustonville and the late Lester Lawless. He was a graduate of Lincoln County High School and the University of Kentucky School of Engineering, and presently worked as an IT contractor at Toyota. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Lexington where he was a former deacon and for years taught Youth Sunday School. He loved his family, nature and his cabin on the farm.

He is survived by four children, Wells Lawless, Clay Lawless, Kelly (Blake) True and Virginia Lawless, all of Lexington; two brothers, Steve (Denise) Lawless of Lexington and Brad (Marsha) Lawless of Louisville; two grandchildren, Henry and Seraphine True; the mother of his children, Dee Lawless of Lexington; and a special friend, Kim Lemond of Lexington.

Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Friday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Saturday by Dr. Robert Baker with burial in Hustonville Cemetery.
