American Legion Auxiliary Unit 301 — 4:30 p.m. Monday, March 4 at the Christian Church on Third Street, Perryville.

Boyle County Extension District Board — 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 4 at the Boyle County Extension Office, 99 Corporate Dr.

Boyle County Retired Teachers — 10 a.m. Monday, March 4, at the Boyle County Cooperative Extension Office, 99 Corporate Dr.

The speaker is Dr. Rhonda Caldwell, Executive Deputy Director of Kentucky Association of School Administrators.

She will provide information on Charter Schools, and other current educational issues which would be of interest  to our group.

Masonic breakfast

Danville’s Franklin Masonic Lodge will have a country breakfast 7-10 a.m. Saturday, March 2 at the lodge hall, 400 North Fourth St.

The menu includes pork tenderloin, country ham, sausage, bacon, pancakes, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, coffee, orange juice and pastries. Everyone is welcome.
