Lindell Parker Smith Logue, 83, of Danville, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. She was born on October 16, 1935 in Washington County to the late Stanley and Ethel Webb Smith. Lindell was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie Logue. She was a teacher at Parksville and Perryville Elementary Schools.. Lindell was a faithful member of Lexington Avenue Baptist Church where she was the WMU director and taught sunday school for many years. Surviving are two daughters, Rhoda Griffith (John) of Louisville and Rene’e Price (Andrew) of Danville; a brother, Bobby Smith (Ruth Ann) of Lawrenceburg; a sister, Gail Holsclaw (Bob) of Burlington; grandchildren, Peyton Logue, Brittney Griffith, Sam Price, Micah Price, Will Griffith, and Sadie Price.Along with Ronnie, she was preceded in death by a son, Ronnie Logue II, a sister, Joetta Smith and a brother, Sonny Smith.Funeral services 1PM Saturday, March 8, 2019 at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home officiated by Dr. Tommy Valentine and Bernard Montgomery. Burial in Bellevue Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, March 7, 2019 from 5-8PM. Pallbearers will be Micah Price, Sam Price, Will Griffith, Peyton Logue, Greg Montgomery, and Jeremy Brummett. Honorary pallbearers are Brittney Griffith and Sadie Price. Memorial contributions are preferred to Lexington Avenue Baptist Church Building Fund.www.preston-pruitt.com
