HARRODSBURG — Paul Hilpp, co-owner/operator of Hilpp Construction, a 2011 Campbellsville alumnus and Lebanon native, has pledged a gift of $250,000 to the Harrodsburg Conover Education Center of Campbellsville University.

Hilpp designated the pledge as a $100,000 in cash contributions for student scholarships and $150,000 for capital projects toward the continued expansion of the Harrodsburg Conover Education Center.

Hilpp has been an avid supporter of the Conover Education Center and an integral partner in expansion efforts as the center has grown. The entire Hilpp family, prior to Paul Hilpp’s commitment, have been consistent supporters of Campbellsville University with scholarship and capital contributions, making them Centennial Circle members, which is the highest-ranking tier of support.

“Hilpp has believed in the mission and vision of the Campbellsville University Conover Education Center since day one. His hard work and commitment to help students further their education is evident through his personal pledge to see positive life change take place through opportunities of higher education,” Dr. Wes Carter, associate vice president for university outreach, said.

Benji Kelly, vice president for development, added, “The Hilpps have long been supporters of Campbellsville University. This major commitment is one of the first in the extension phase of ‘Our Time, This Place Campaign.’”

The Harrodsburg Conover Education Center of Campbellsville University is located at 1150 Danville Road in Harrodsburg. The Center currently has enrollment of in excess of 400 students.
