Danville City Commission — 9 a.m. Thursday, March 21 for special called meeting. Agenda includes community agency funding requests.

Boyle County Agency for Substance Abuse Policy (ASAP) — 8:30 a.m., Friday, March 22, at the Boyle County Health Department, 448 S. 3rd Street, Danville. All interested persons are invited to attend ASAP meetings.

Fresenius Kidney Care hosts open house

DANVILLE — Fresenius Kidney Care, the dialysis division of Fresenius Medical Care North America and the nation’s leading network of dialysis facilities, invites the community to attend an open house celebration on Thursday, March 21 at its newly relocated clinic in Danville located at 100 Woodlawn Way from 4 to 7 p.m.

The Boyle County Chamber of Commerce business after hours event will also be 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the Fresenius Kidney Care building.

The clinic, can treat a maximum of 126 patients in-center a week. In Kentucky, nearly 6,000 patients require dialysis treatment.   

During the open house, local experienced medical professionals will be available to discuss patient services and the latest dialysis treatment options. Light refreshments available.
