Cortney Shewmaker, Boyle County Circuit Court Clerk, was the guest speaker at the Kiwanis meeting on Thursday, March 14. Shewmaker presented a very detailed program entitled “Confident Kentucky-Enhancing Security. Advancing Licenses.” The presentation provided a comprehensive outline of the new federal guidelines on identification credentials for which Kentuckians need to be prepared.
