Glenna Leona Davis

1919-2019

Glenna Leona Davis joined her husband and son in Heaven on March 24, 2019. Glenna was the daughter of Thomas M. Edwards and Virginia Burnside Edwards. She was born on March 13, 1919. She graduated from Danville High School and entered Midway College, where she received an Associate Degree in Art.

She was predeceased by her husband, Rev. Robert Davis, who pastored Baptist churches in the local area and also in Los Angeles, California; also predeceased by their son, “Bobby.”

Glenna is survived by her sister, Margarete Edwards Davis of Trenton, Ohio. She is also survived by grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 1 p.m., Thursday March 28, 2019 at Stith Funeral Home in Danville. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery. The online guestbook is available at www.stithcares.com.
