Lincoln County grand jury hands up indictments on three

The following people were indicted by a Lincoln County grand jury on March 22:
• Kelli R. Lopez, 39, Hustonville: second-degree escape by failing to report for electronic monitoring hookup for home incarceration. Bail was set at $20,000. Ben Wells with Division of Probation and Parole testified.
• Ryan Kent Ellis, 29, Hustonville: theft by unlawful taking of a vehicle valued more than $500; first-degree fleeing or evading police; first-degree wanton endangerment of an officer; second-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $40,000. Tim Morris with the Stanford Police Department testified.
• Amanda Roberts, 31, Stanford: tampering with a prisoner monitoring device. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wells testified.
