Susann W. Fletcher

1946-2019

Susann W. Fletcher, 72, of Danville, Ky., passed away on March 23, 2019 at Stanford Care & Rehabilitation.

She was born in Stanford, Ky., on October 4, 1946, to the late James C. Watson and the late Frances Bastin Watson. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Moreland, Ky. Susann enjoyed gardening, loved flowers and her love for her boys and their music was unwavering.

Survivors include her loving husband of 54 years, Hershel Fletcher of Danville, Ky.; three sons, James Fletcher (Trish) of Franklin, Tenn., Jon Fletcher (Sharon) of Franklin, Tenn., and Mitchell Fletcher (Nicole) of Spring Hill, Tenn.; two sisters, Vivian Lane (Ed) of Indianapolis, Ind., and Cliffonda Skeens of Terre Haute, Ind,; eight grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, March 31, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. at McKinney Baptist Church in McKinney, Ky. A graveside service will then follow at New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery in McKinney, Ky.

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be donated to the Southwest Indian Foundation.
