Barbara Ann Asbery Johnson

1942-2019

Barbara Ann Asbery Johnson, 76, of Danville passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019. Born July 8, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Dan and Rethel Hale Asbery.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Jessie Burdette Powell and Robert Johnson; and son, Kenneth Reed of Middleburg.

She is survived by a grandson, Kenneth Reed, Jr of Moreland; granddaughter, Kim Reed of Casey County; great granddaughter, Allison Reed; sister, Shirley Chumbley of Danville; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be at 1 p.m., Friday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home by Bro. Ernest Fields with burial in Hustonville Cemetery. Visitation is after 11 a.m., Friday.
