Lunch with the dulcimers

The Danville Dulcimers performed at the Community Arts Center’s monthly Lunch with the Arts series on Wednesday.

The ensemble performed fiddle tunes, gospel songs, waltzes and traditional Appalachian melodies. The audience also learned about the history and enduring appeal of this music style, and had a chance to play a practice dulcimer following the performance.
