The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on April 17:

• Richard Pike, 35, Parksville: first-degree criminal facilitation to commit trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $2,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Earl Smock, 48, Danville: fourth-degree assault on Connie Smock. Bail was set at $2,000. Kody Cloud with BCSO testified.

• Bowen Anderson, 28, Lancaster: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $10,000. Tanner Abbott with BCSO testified.

• Kenneth Brawner, 42, Harrodsburg: second-degree escape by failing to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Martaevio Buster, 34, Lexington: first-degree promoting contraband by bringing contraband into the BCDC; possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia, straw. Bail was set at $5,000. Brandon Conley with BCSO testified.

• Shaolin Carpenter, 22, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at $5,000 and Abbott testified.

• Stacy Chumley, 24, Harrodsburg: second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Cameron Clark, 31, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $10,000 and McCoy testified. First-degree trafficking in a controlled substance,meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales; resisting arrest; Bail was set at $10,000 and McCoy testified.

• Jessica Crawley, 30, Lexington: first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; first-degree possession of a controlled substance heroin. Bail was set at $10,000. David Lewis with Danville Police Department testified.

• Leigh Cross, 31, Danville: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at $10,000 and McCoy testified.

• Stacy Devine, 35, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; first-degree possession of contraband into the BCDC; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000 and Abbott testified.

• Joshua Dial, 33, Liberty: tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Brandon Douglas, 32, Junction City: first-degree persistent felony offender trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $20,000 and Abbott testified.

• Andrew Grubbs, 31, Liberty: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified.

• Tanner Holland, 21, Crab Orchard: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000 and McCoy testified.

• Richard Humes, 36, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin, second offense; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth, second offense; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at $30,000 and McCoy testified.

• Devin Hurt, 25, Stanford: trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $10,000 and Abbott testified.

• Justin Johnson, 21, Danville: second-degree escape when he failed to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Ronald Leffew, 54, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Cloud testified.

• Tommy Moore, 39, Danville: second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Vyctoria Poland, 27, Junction City: second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Sarah Preston, 32, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $5,000. Philip Dean with the BCSO testified.

• Dustin Privett, 31, Junction City: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Collin Randolph, 24, Danville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; receiving stolen property, firearm; tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $15,000. Brandon Klein with the DPD testified.

• Natasha Russell, 31, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth, second offense. Bail was set at $20,000. TJ Godbey testified for the Commonwealth.

• Angela Sattler, 42, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.

• Kelsey Shelton, 25, Stanford: first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC; possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Dean testified.

• Donald Stephens, 35, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• William Turk, 26, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Keith Addison with the BCSO testified. • Bradley Watts, 23, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. David Lewis with the DPD testified.

• Billie Williams, 38, Lancaster: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.

• Jamie Williams, 33, Stanford: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.

• Franky Wilson, 69, trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Cloud testified.

• Timothy Yeager, 30, Harrodsburg: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property belonging to Walmart valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000 Norman Lawrence with Walmart Loss Prevention testified.
