The Youth Leadership Program is operated by the Danville Chamber of Commerce and is sponsored by Centre College and Farmers National Bank. This program gives students the opportunity to learn about leadership in various sectors of our community including the justice system, economics and business, health, education and art. Students attend events once a month in October, November, January, February and March.

Students not only meet with Danville and Boyle County leaders, they learn how to analyze issues that affect the future of Danville and Boyle County. These DCA students worked alongside students from Danville High School, Boyle County High School, Kentucky School for the Deaf, and home-school.

Kevin Maples, former high school teacher and current director of Campbellsville University Mercer County Campus and former DCA student Grace Crall spoke at the event.
