The following people were indicted by a Casey County grand jury on April 15:

• Eric Lynn Terry, 36, Liberty: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property valued less than $500 including an air compressor, spoon of electrical wire, table saw, electrical wiring and other items; second-degree criminal mischief of a garage door. Summons was served and Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle testified.

• Kenneth R. Means, 28, Yosemite: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,500. Kentucky State Police Trooper Billy Begley testified.

• Felicia Dorst, 28, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set for $1,500 and Begley testified.

• Amanda Wilson Peyton, 32, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, third offense; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,500 and Begley testified.

• Jerry Dean Garrett, 45, address unknown: failure to comply with sex offender registration; first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $10,000 and Weddle testified.

• Kelly Erin Allen, 36, Liberty: third-degree assault on Deputy Sheriff Vance Davis; third-degree criminal trespassing; third-degree criminal mischief by stabbing a tire; resisting arrest; second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $1,500 and Weddle testified.

• Garry Todd “Bubbie” Grider, 40, Liberty: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth, second offense. Bail was set at $7,500 and Weddle testified.

• Clinton Dean Smith, 33, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth, second offense; first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $10,000 and Weddle testified.

• Tabitha Tomas Edwards, 21, Liberty: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Weddle testified.

• Robert J. “Bobby” Coffman, 34, Liberty: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Weddle testified.

• April Dial, 25, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; vehicle with one headlight. Bail was set at $1,500. CCSO Deputy Brian King testified.

• Larry Benjamin Scott, 31, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving on a suspended license; rear license not illuminated. Summons was issued. CCSO Deputy Tim Pierce testified.

• Christina Denise Duncan, 39, Liberty: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; three counts first-degree persistent felony offender; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor; no vehicle liability insurance; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving on a suspended license; no insurance card; no vehicle registration receipt; no or expired registration plates. Bail was set at $5,000. CCSO Deputy Geoff Brown testified.

• Dale Ray Lanham, 39, address unknown: failure to comply with sex offender registration, second offense; second-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $2,500 and Brown testified.
