Caring Friends Fellowship meeting

The May monthly meeting of Caring Friends Fellowship will be Sunday, May 19 at Calvary Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 214 Lincoln Ave., Danville. The ladies of the church will serve the meal beginning  at 12:30 p.m. A remembrance service will follow, that will conclude by 2:30 p.m. All widows and widowers are welcome to attend.  Please RSVP to Angie Deering at (859) 516-1618  to assist the ladies in the planning the meal.

Danville First Church of God holding sale

Danville First Church of God will be holding a big yard sale on Friday and Saturday, May 10 & 11 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be lots of yard sale items, something for everyone.  Our ladies’ ministry will also have some concession items for sale. The sale will be inside the church fellowship hall at Danville First Church of God, 3220 Harrodsburg Road, Danville. Proceeds will benefit this summer’s mission trip to Guatemala.
