The Danville Lady Admirals watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 15-0 loss to East Jessamine Thursday.

East Jessamine scored on a single, two doubles, a home run and an error in the first inning.

Danville struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing East Jessamine, giving up 15 runs.

One bright spot for Danville Lady Admirals Varsity was a single by Faith Breitenbach in the first inning.

Ellie Dampier took the loss for Danville Lady Admirals Varsity. She went one-third of an inning, allowing ten runs on eight hits and walking zero.

East Jessamine hit two home runs on the day.

Peyton Young and Breitenbach each collected one hit to lead the Lady Admirals.

East Jessamine totaled 14 hits.
