William Eugene “Gene” Richards, 75, of Moreland died Monday. Service 1 p.m., Friday at W.L. Pruitt Funeral Home. Visitation 6-9 p.m., Thursday.
Survivors include son, Billy (Jeanne) Richards; daughters, Jennifer (Jamie) Pendergraft and Cathy Richards; niece, Tammy Mullins (who he helped raise); five sisters; three brothers; and four grandchildren. www.wlpruitt.com.
