June Caring Friends meal and fellowhship

The June Caring Friends Fellowship meal and meeting will be Sunday, June 23 at Third Street Methodist Church located at 127 – 163 South Third Street in Danville. Serving will begin at 12:30 p.m. All widows and widowers are welcome! Carman and Dickie, best of Perryville Baptist Church, will present a time of special music and testimony. Bell to sing at Harris Creek

Tim Bell will be singing at Harris Creek Baptist Church on Sunday, June 16 at 6 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

VBS at Danville Church of Christ

Danville Church of Christ will hold Vacation Bible School, June 16 – 19. Sunday will be 10 a.m and 5 p.m. and Monday – Wednesday at 7 p.m. The theme is “Our BIG God”. There will be classes for all ages. The church is located at 385 East Lexington Ave., Danville.

Father’s Day service

Vision Church of Holiness will be having a special Father’s Day service Sunday, June 16 at 11 a.m. The speaker will be Minister Kenneth Payne, and the service will also be honoring Bishop Larry Weathers, Sr. and all fathers. The church is located at 704 Holladay Drive in Danville.

Fish and chicken sale

Hope Full Gospel Church will hold a fish and chicken sale on Saturday, June 15 starting at 12:30 p.m. Call (859) 238-0192 for orders. The sale is being held at 193 East Martin Luther King Street.

VBS at Gethsemane Baptist Church
