Mercer County grand jury hands up indictments on 15

The following people were indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on June 12:

• Brandon Stivers, 35, Harrodsburg: trafficking a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Lashannon Chilton, 49, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Derek Patterson with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

• Gregory Hume, 35, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Tony Godbey with the HPD testified.

• Jacob Cole, 22, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Blake Darland with the HPD testified.

• Ronald Coffman, 35, Burgin: second-degree escape by failing to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Wes Gaddis with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Samantha Followell, 30, Danville: second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and Gaddis testified.

• Randy Williams, 32, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $10,000. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.

• Drew Rechis, 26, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Jessica Clement, 30, Harrodsburg: possession of synthetic drugs, second offense. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Brian Cloyd with HPD testified.

• Michael Stringer, 47, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Chris Booth with HPD testified.

• Hannah Hardison, 19, Springfield: theft by unlawful taking of property belonging to Walmart valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Cloyd testified.

• Ryan Curtsinger, 21, Harrodsburg: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property belonging to Walmart valued between $500 and $1,000. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Cloyd testified.

• Heather Cornish, 28, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipes and baggies. Bail was set at $10,000 and Darland testified.

• Brandon Wilham, 29, Harrodsburg: receiving stolen property, firearm; first-degree possession of a controlled substance,meth. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Patterson testified.

• Michael Brown, 34, Danville: two counts trafficking a controlled substance, persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $20,000 and Patterson testified.
