The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on June 19:

• Kathryn Alford, 39, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a change of plea hearing. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.
• Marcus Beasley, 26, Danville: second-degree escape by failing to report to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey McCoy wit the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Taneisha Beasley, 33, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at %10 of $5,000. Tanner Abbott with the BCSO testified; first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.
• Gregory Belcher, 39, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.
• Zachary Boatley, 26, Somerset: two counts third-degree assault of an officer by kicking and spitting; second-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $500 worth of damage city property; resisting arrest; second-degree disorderly conduct by fighting in a public place. Bail was set at $5,000. Cody Crawford with Danville Police Department testified.
• Adam Bray, 30, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at %10 of $5,000 and McCoy testified. First-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at %10 of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Courtney Broaddus, 30, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at %10 of $5,000. David Lewis with the DPD testified.
• Michael Brown, 34, Danville: first-degree promoting contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center. Bail was set at %10 of $5,000. Aaron Wilson with the BCDC testified.
• Tyler Chumley, 27, Danville: second-degree arson. Bail was set at $20,000. Pat Alford with Kentucky State Police testified.
• Melda Coffman, 44, first-degree possession of meth. Bail was set at %10 of $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Rosemary Coffman, 31, Burgin: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing. Bail was set at $5,000 for each count and Kari Wilson testified.
• Larry Coontz, 31, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 and Kari Wilson testified.
• Seth Cornett, 20, Stanford: second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Dylan Cox, 23, Parksville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales; second-degree wanton endangerment; fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Kyle Lyons with the BCSO testified.
• Mehgan Cross, 31, Crestwood: first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at %10 of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Chad Curtsinger, 42, Nicholasville: tampering with physical evidence; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 and Abbott testified. First-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Nathan Brown with the DPD testified.
• Joshua Dial, 33, Liberty: second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Jamie Forrester, 36, LaGrange: third-degree assault of an officer. Bail was set at $5,000. Tracy Nietzel with Northpoint Training Center testified.
• Tiffany Franklin, 31, Stanford: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 and Kari Wilson testified.
• Brian Gribbins, 30, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000 and McCoy testified.
• Isaiah Henry, 23, Danville: tampering with physical evidence; third-degree assault of an officer; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; trafficking marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Kyle Johnson, 31, Danville: trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $10,000 and McCoy testified.
• James Middleton, 59, Danville: flagrant nonsupport of his minor child. Bail was set at $5,000 nonrefundable. Margaret Cofer with Child Support Enforcement testified.
• Jennifer Miller, 37, Harrodsburg: first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Michael Clem with BCDC testified.
• Roy Miller, 40, Salvisa: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Tyler Miller, 26, Junction City: second-degree escape by failing to report to the BCDC as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Robert Montgomery, 35, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property from Walmart valued less than $500. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Sparks testified.
• Dillon Perry, 21, Crab Orchard: second-degree assault  with a dangerous instrument; first-degree wanton endangerment by operating a vehicle in a way that it could have injured his child; driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Bail was set at $10,000 and Lyons testified.
• Commanche Robbins, 27, Stanford: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000 and Abbott testified.
• Jimmy Saiter, 60, Danville: incest with his known descendant who is younger than 18; first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor when he induced or assisted a minor younger than 18 to engage in illegal sexual activity; second-degree sodomy with a male younger than 18. Bail was set at $30,000. Brandon Klein with DPD testified.
• Shawn Sargent, 40, Danville: second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Branden Saylor, 38, Crab Orchard: second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Tommy Shearer, 49, Junction City: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $20,000 and McCoy testified.
• Patrick Sisco, 33, Paducah: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment. Bail was set at $5,000 and Kari Wilson testified.
• D’Montrell Trumbo, 23, Danville: first-degree robbery by using threatening use of physical force while armed with a firearm in the course of committing a theft from a minor child; first-degree robbery by using threatening use of physical force while armed with a firearm while committing a theft from an adult. Bail was set at $20,000. Lisa Dollins with the DPD testified.
• Chasity Washington, 41, Lawrenceburg: second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Robert White, 42, Versailles: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Gregory Wilkerson, 47, Parksville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $10,000 and Lyons testified.
• Jeremy Wilson, 38, Hustonville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; DUI. Bail was set at $5,000. Brandon Conley with the BCSO testified.
