Country breakfast Saturday
Danville’s Franklin Masonic Lodge will have a country breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m., Saturday July 6, at the lodge hall. 400 N. 4th St. Danville. Menu includes pork tenderloin, country ham, sausage, bacon, pancakes, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, coffee, orange juice and pastries. Everyone welcome.

Danville City Commission — 5:30 p.m. Monday at city hall. Agenda includes: Fire department life-saving award/Lt. Caldwell, Lt. Groves and Firefighter Bugg; and first readings of parking ordinance amendment, grass and weeds season amendment, code enforcement officer amendment and Board of Architectural Review amendment.
Boyle County Fiscal Court — 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 9 at Boyle County Courthouse. Agenda includes: Meggitt Incentive Ordinance Amendment: Second Reading; Solid Waste; Consider Mobile Paper Grinder Bids; Consider Sorting Conveyor System Bids; Permission To Close Out Waste Tire Grant; Consider Full Time Appointment; Consider Compensatory Agreement.
Boyle County Extension District Board — 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, at the Boyle County Extension Office. This is a special called meeting. Item of business on the agenda: a review of and subsequent action on the architect’s recommendation regarding bids for the building expansion project.
Perryville Council Meeting — 7 p.m. Thursday, July 11 at the Perryville Community Center. Due to the Fourth of July holiday, the July Council meeting has been moved from July 4 to July 11.
