The following people were indicted by a Garrard County grand jury on July 19:

• Jason Turner, 33, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. Bail was set at $2,500 cash. Officer Preston with the GCPD testified.

• Paul David Brown, 40, Lancaster: first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; first-degree wanton endangerment with a vehicle. Bail was set at $10,000 cash and Preston testified.

• Tamitha Davis, 48, Lancaster: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $2,500 cash. Officer Smith the Lancaster Police Department testified.

• Michael Brown, 35, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $5,000 cash and Smith testified.

• Hagen Whittaker, 23, Nicholasville: second-degree fleeing or evading police; first-degree possession of heroin. Bail was set at $5,000 cash and Preston testified.

• Bobbie Westfall, 41, Lexington: driving under the influence of intoxicants; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methadone; third-degree possession of a controlled substance Klonopin. Bail was set at $2,500. Officer Gibson with the Garrard County Police Department testified.

• Matthew Barbour, 25, Lancaster: two counts first-degree wanton endangerment with a knife; endangering the welfare of a minor; third-degree terroristic threatening. Bail was set at $10,000 cash and Gibson testified.

• Paul Dunn, 56, Lancaster: third-degree burglary; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,500 cash. Officer Gambrel with the LPD testified.

• Rebecca Noe, 35, Lancaster: third-degree burglary; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,500 cash. Officer Gambrel with the LPD testified.

• John Graves, 30, Lancaster: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000 cash and Gambrel testified.

• Billie Tharp, 44, Danville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $5,000 and Smith testified.

• Christopher May, 35, Louisville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $5,000 and Smith testified.

• Mitchell Marshall, 26, Lancaster: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, cocaine; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, Xanax. Bail was set at $5,000 cash and Smith testified.

• Tonya Alcorn, 35, Lancaster: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, cocaine. Bail was set at $5,000 cash and Gambrel testified.
