The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on July 19:
• Tyson Perrin, 23, Danville: first-degree criminal facilitation to commit trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $2,000. Tanner Abbott with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
• Michael Bradford, 51, Danville: possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000 and Abbott testified.
The following people were indicted on July 30:
• Dequenton Alcorn, 35, Danville:selling simulated controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $2,000 and Abbott testified.
• Ronald Coleman, 57, Harrodsburg: two third-degree criminal trespassing at Speedway; theft by unlawful taking of property belonging to The March of Dimes valued less than $500; theft by unlawful taking of property belonging to Speedway valued less than $500. Bail was set at $2,000. Jacob Farley with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Christopher Harlan, 28, Danville: first-degree criminal facilitation to commit trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $2,000 and Abbott testified.
• Douglas Adams, 48, Danville: three counts third-degree burglary; three counts theft by unlawful taking of property belonging to Walmart valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $10,000. Norman Lawrence with Walmart loss prevention testified. Third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property belonging to Walmart valued less than $500. Bail was set at $5,000 and Lawrence testified.
• Ashley Akers, 29, Portsmouth, KY: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment. Bail was set at $10,000. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.
• Henry Baker Jr., 51, Harrodsburg: identity theft; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving without liability insurance. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Brandon Jewell with the DPD testified.
• Marcus Beasley, 27, Danville: first-degree fleeing or evading police; first-degree wanton endangerment with a vehicle; first-degree criminal mischief; second-degree fleeing or evading police; leaving the scene of an accident; driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.
• Lindsay Bell, 31, Danville: flagrant nonsupport for her two children. Bail was set at $5,000. Blaine Young with Child Support Enforcement testified.
• Michael Bradford, 51, Danville: fourth-degree assault, third offense; resisting arrest. Bail was set at $5,000. Taylor Bottom with the BCSO testified.
• Dexter Brand, 29, Danville: second-degree burglary; fourth-degree assault; violation of protective order. Bail was set at $10,000 and Brian Record with the DPD testified.
• Courtney Broaddus, 30, Danville: first-degree promoting contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center. Bail was set at $5,000. Philip Dean with BCSO testified.
• Rosemary Coffman, 31, Burgin: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking between $500 and $10,000 worth of property belonging to Walmart. Bail was set at $5,000 and Lawrence testified.
• Jonathan Crawford, 27, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.
• Mehgan Cross, 31, Crestwood: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringes. Bail was set at $5,000 and Abbott testified. First-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at $5,000. Michael Clem with the BCDC testified. Second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.
• William Crowe, 25, Yosemite: tampering with physical evidence; possession of a controlled substance, cocaine. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Aaron Denny, 37, Danville: flagrant nonsupport of his child. Bail was set at $5,000 and Young testified.
• Tiffany Dunn, 25, Junction City: second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Samantha Followell, 30, Danville: second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Mike Hadley, 60, Russell Springs: first-degree fleeing or evading police; driving under the influence of intoxicants. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Nathan Brown with the DPD testified.
• Tiffany Harlan, 27, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin; possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $10,000 and Abbott testified.
• Kaitlyn Hicks, 25, Lancaster: second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Robert Jewell, 45, Springfield: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of a controlled substance, cocaine. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 Brandon Jewell with the DPD testified.
• Scott Johanson, 47, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Abbott testified.
• Melissa King, 50, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Keith Addison with the BCSO testified.
• Teddy Mays, 39, Danville: first-degree persistent felony offender trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $20,000 and McCoy testified.
• Tyler Miller, 27, Junction City: first-degree promoting contraband while incarcerated in the BCDC. Bail was set at $5,000. Tammy Mullins with the jail testified.
• Brian Montgomery, 37, Kings Mountain: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe; driving with suspended license; driving without liability insurance. Bail was set at $5,000. Russell Preston with the Junction City Police Department testified.
• Cody Montgomery, 24, Danville: second-degree escape by failing to return to the BCDC as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
• Charles Pittman, 51, Danville: failure to comply with sex offender registry, second offense. Bail was set at $5,000. Derek Benge with probation and parole testified.
• Enrique Rodriguez, 21, Danville: trafficking in marijuana. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Jewell testified.
• Gary Ryan II, 34, Harrodsburg: theft by unlawful taking of property belonging to Rodney Lanigan valued between $10,000 and $1,000,000; first-degree criminal mischief; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $10,000. Ricky Sellers with the BCSO testified.
• Johnny Satterly, 44, Parksville: flagrant non-support of his minor child. Bail was set at $5,000 and Young testified.
• Brent Stewart, 39, Harrodsburg: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of merchandise belonging to Walmart valued less than $500 and Lawrence testified.
• Courtney Turpin, 30, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; no insurance. Bail was set at $5,000 an Abbott testified.
• Joseph Vinyard, 37, Danville: flagrant nonsupport of his child. Bail was set at $5,000 and Young testified.
• Nora Wells, 26, Danville: first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC. Bail was set at $5,000. Blake Darland with BCDC testified.
• Christopher Wilson, 34, Junction City: driving on DUI suspended license, third offense; first-degree fleeing or evading police; resisting arrest. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Kody Cloud with BCSO testified.
• William Wrenn, 34, Bradfordsville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
