Heritage Hospice community liaison Erika Perry and Morning Pointe of Danville Laura Dunagan prepare to launch a balloon bearing a message to deceased loved ones into the sky. Every month, Perry visits the personal care and Alzheimer’s memory care community to speak to the residents about the changes that come with age while offering suggestions for adapting to those changes. “We are so grateful to Erika for educating and supporting our residents,” says Morning Pointe life enrichment director Nicole Walton. “It is such a pleasure to be able to partner with her and Heritage Hospice.”
