Mercer County grand jury hands up indictments on 23

The following people were indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on Aug. 14:

• Wesley Carrolll, 29, Salisa: third-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of merchandise valued between $500 and $10,000 from Dollar General Store; third-degree criminal mischief by damaging the store’s property. Bail was set at %10 of $5,000. Aaron Steele with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

• Stephen Parsons, 49, Harrodsburg: first-degree wanton endangerment in a vehicle; driving under the influence of intoxicants; driving on a DUI suspended license. Bail was set at $5,000 and Steele testified.

• Jeffrey Price, 44, Salvisa: eight counts second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, checks drawn on Whitaker Bank. Bail was set at $10,000. Scott Elder with the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Chelsea Dulovic, 29, Harrodsburg: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; receiving stolen property, firearm; possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringes. Bail was set at $10,000. Blake Darland with the HPD testified.

• Lori Baker, 45, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, grinder. Bail was set at $10,000 and Darland testified.

• Nora Wells, 26, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Darland testified.

• Tera Bell, 41, Lebanon: third-degree burglary at Rent-N-Store; theft by unlawful taking of personal property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000.

• Frankie Bell, 52, Lebanon: third-degree burglary at Rent-N-Store; theft by unlawful taking of personal property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000.

• Joey Yates, 46, Harrodsburg: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $10,000. Akio Tonge with the HPD testified.

• Timothy Smith, 48, Lawrenceburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; theft by unlawful taking of merchandise at Walmart valued less than $500. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Steele testified.

• Annette Rodriguez, 43, Harrodsburg: second-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property from Campbellsville University valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Steele testified.

• Charles Short, 34, Harrodsburg: second-degree burglary; theft by unlawful taking of property from Campbellsville University valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Steele testified.

• Timothy Smith, 48, Lawrenceburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment. Bail was set at $5,000. Katie Hancock testified for the Commonwealth.

• Jordan Johnson, 29, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.

• Travis Peyton, 38, Salvisa: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.

• Candice Satterfield, 568 Belmont St., Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.

• Brandon Stivers, 35, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.

• Bobby Ward, 43, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.

• Jennifer Miller, 37, Harrodsburg: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $5,000 and Wilson testified.

• Kenny Vineyard, 49, Harrodsburg: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $5,000 each count and Wilson testified.

• Erica Joseph, 39, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Steele testified.

• Blake Marcum, 21, Georgetown: first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle. Bail was set at $5,000 and Darland testified.

• Jeremy Johnson, 39, Harrodsburg: receiving stolen property belonging to the City of Harrodsburg valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Brian Allen with the HPD testified.
