Garrard Arts Center and Gift Gallery ribbon cutting

The Garrard Arts Center & Gift Gallery is now open Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. A grand opening celebration and gallery dedication will be held Thursday, October 3  at 5:30 p.m. with a ribbon cutting set for Friday, Oct. 4 at noon.
