News release
The Allen Company finished milling last week and plans on paving Quisenberry Avenue, Sycamore Street and Church Street, as well as the entrance to Danville City Hall, this Thursday and Friday, Nov. 21-22.
Final surface paving operations equipment are usually kept moving so areas may be temporarily blocked until final rolling and cooling. The Allen Company intends to provide access as much as possible.
Residents paying their bills at city hall can park on Main Street if the entrance is blocked.
Pedestrians and drivers are asked to continue using caution in these areas.
The City of Danville contracted with the Allen Company to perform milling and paving operations paid for by municipal aid and city funds. Questions or comments can be directed to John Cassell, city engineer, at jcassel@danvilleky.gov.
